  1. First and very important step is to check if you have already reached your 6th month of service with Virtual Coworker prior going further to step number 2
  2. Open a ticket
  3. Include the following details:
            - Complete Name
            - Official start date
            - Role type (Part Time or Full Time)
            - Position (E.g. Virtual Assistant, Web Developer etc.) 
            - Annual Salary
            - Purpose of the CoC
