If you want to change your bank details, follow these steps:


1. Log in here

2. Click the "Bank Info" tab

3. Enter the updated bank details and then click "Update Info" once done

4. After updating the info, you must file a ticket on virtualcoworker.freshdesk.com and submit the following:

Bank Address:
Account Name:
Account Number (without dash or spaces):
Swift Code:
VC Gmail Email Address:
Current Address:
Town / City:
Province:
Zip Code:
Country:
Contact Number:


Important notes:


  • Provide your own Bank Account details accurately, to prevent issues/delay.
  • If you're not sure of your Bank Account details, call your bank to confirm prior to sending.
  • Confirm with your bank if it accepts WIRE TRANSFERS
